Route: Through the security door after disabling the lock (Secret) and left at the landing to go up instead of down (Easier Path).
Items: Two Grenade Bonuses and Two Life Bonuses
Points of interest: Treasure Room 1 (Shoot the door) & Treasure Room 2 (Use the Grenade to blow open the door)

Route: Through the grating (Easier route). Left, going through the lower path (Easier route) and through the create doors after shooting off the lock (Secret)
Items: Two Grenade Bonus and Two Life Bonuses
Points of Interest: Treasure Room (Fire at the cracks in the wall to open room), Avoiding enemies (Fire at the winch that keeps the platform up to make it fall)
Boss: Lovers

Stage 3: Emptiness
Route: Avoid being pulled into the room (Easier route) and going through the the horde of zombies on the platform (High Score route).
Items: One Grenade Bonus and Two Life Bonuses
Points of Interest: The treasure room is on the route of being pulled into the room. By avoiding being pulled into the room, firing at the box just behind the zombie on the left hand side reveals a bell.
Boss: Empress

Route: Avoided the zombies behind the door (Safe route), Go through the cafe (High Score route)
Items: One Grenade Bonus and One Life Bonus
Points of Interest: Treasure Room (Shoot the key before going into the cafe) and Entering the cafe (Shoot the zombie holding up the door)
Boss: Temperance

Route: Treasure Room (High Score)
Items: Two Life Bonuses and Two Grenade Bonuses
Points of Interest: When the muscle zombie stops and lifts the car, by killing him you avoid all of the enemies in that horde. Treasure Room (By shaking off the zombie trying to ram the car you gain access to it).
Boss: The Star

Route: N/A
Items: Two Grenade Bonuses and Three Life Bonuses
Points of Interest: Treasure Room (Gained by going through the game without using a second credit)
